I love Chicago!

So, as I mentioned previously, I'm spending a lot of time in Chicago these days, and I think its just a great city. I've been trying to get out and spend more time enjoying the city, and here are some recent efforts.

Millenium Park is off of Michigan Ave, and has lots of art installations, fountains and scuptures. Below are a few of the best.

I went out with my work friend, Celeste, and she is a huge fan of the jump shot. Here's one she talked me into to. I think it came out pretty well. Behind me is the fountain from the "Married with Children" opening credits.

And Celeste with one of her signature jump shots.

Here I am on another day at Navy Pier.

Celeste and I found an exhibit on Tiffany's glass. Below is a display of Gucha's interpretation of the Four Season.

And on yet another day, I went with some coworkers to see the Cubs play at Wrigley Field.

See all the capitalists making some money by building bleachers on their rooftops? If you build it...someone will pay you to see the Cubs play!

I am a convert to the jump shot! Love it.

And, not to be nit picky, but I think you meant Mucha's Four Seasons. Sorry, our household is well versed on art nouveau. Nevertheless, beautiful stained glass.

I wasn't sure about that one, but I should have known you'd call me out on it. Thanks for the catch, Lillian. :)

Why no jump shot under the giant silver kidney?

I would also like to do some exploring of Minneapolis with you - since I got lost for the 10th time on the way to Leah and Allen's yesterday. I need to expand my horizons...

Thinking about you today.

XOXOXO,
