So, you may know that James is an frequent participant in the triatholon. He has escaped from Alcatraz I don't know how many times. So, his participation in the Lifetime Triatholon is a given. This year, Anne joined him for her first Triatholon ever, and she rocked it!
What were the kids doing, you ask? Cheering them on, of course. Here we are waiting for them to pass. (MJ is on my back. Literally.)

Who is that blur in the distance? Its James! And what is that blue blur?

Its the water bottle he got for his kids! Always thinking, that James! (You may have to click on the picture to see what I'm talking about, but its worth the look. He threw that bottle without loosing his balance on the bike. What a champion!)

And who is that blur, you ask? Its Anne! What a competitor!

And here she is waving at her enthusiastic children without loosing her balance! What a champion! (Seamus and Finn yelled "go Mom" for at least 5 minutes. Not so much with James, I think they were stunned by the blue bottle phenom.)

Great job, Anne and James! You make us all proud!

You are a blogging fool today! What? Did you lose your camera cord, or what? And if you think this makes up for a month's worth of no blogging, you are sadly mistaken.

Woo hoo - go Anne! I am impressed, especially since I thought you claimed to be a not-so-great bicyclist at Kiawah!
There would be no Lifetime Tri for me without the help of Katie! She had a triathlon all her own with the care of three kids all morning...
And where are YOUR event pictures? New York stories? Your adoring public is waiting...
James and Anne are even hotter now than they were when they lived in SF. How is that possible?
