So, today is my Aunt Mary Jane's birthday. I thought about it earlier this week, and wanted to have a post to commenorate the event, but I knew I wouldn't be home today. So, I uploaded the pictures so that I could just publish today from where ever I was.
But it didn't work. The draft posted on the date I created it, which is not her birthday at all. So, to see my Aunt Mary Jane in all of her glory and sliently wish her a happy birthday (or loudly wish it, your call), you'll need to scroll down. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Happy Birthday Katie's Auntie!
Yeah, Blogger publishes it as the date you created the post. You have to cut and paste it into a new post, and then it'll show up on top.
Happy Birthday Aunt Mary Jane! I actually like the effect created by making us scroll down.
I was interested to read your blog. As a parent you may be interested in being part of a university study I'm involved with. It’s about how infants and children develop. It wouldn’t take much of your time, and it’s a great way to contribute to knowledge by reporting on your own experiences. For more details go to the following address after copying it into your browser window, www.babysleepstudy.org Best wishes, Rebecca
Sounds like an interesting study Rebecca is working on, Katie - good luck with that :)
Yes Katie, as a parent, you should really get involved in that study. :) Honey, I think your comments are getting hijacked. You should set it to moderate comments or add one of those word verification things.
What the @#?!
No more hijacking!
Hey Katie-
We should talk more often. I've clearly missed some big events in your life!!! I look forward to catching up in NOLA.
Is that why you really left San Francisco -- to hide the birth of your bastard child?
LOL!
